Security Consulting

See the full risk picture.

Practical, site-specific assessments that connect people, procedures, physical controls, local conditions, and operational priorities.

Full-spectrum assessment

Turn site observations into practical priorities.

APS reviews how the facility operates, its existing controls, how people move through it, and the threats and local conditions that affect it.

What you receive

  • Assessment findings: security concerns connected to the site's operating reality
  • Written direction: procedures, protocols, manuals, or security plans within the agreed scope
  • Improvement priorities: recommendations for physical controls, staffing, and training

Deliverables and format are defined with APS. Implementation is a separate engagement unless expressly included.

Consulting FAQ

What an assessment can cover.

What can an APS security assessment include?

An assessment can review physical conditions, access, movement, procedures, staffing, camera placement, mantraps, CPTED, crime context, traffic, severe weather, and other factors relevant to the site.

Are APS consulting recommendations site-specific?

Yes. APS develops procedures, manuals, security plans, and improvement priorities around the organization and site rather than using a generic template.

Does APS use drones during assessments?

Lawful drone-supported aerial photography may be used when it improves the assessment and conditions, authority, and applicable rules allow it.

Can APS help implement assessment findings?

When separately scoped, APS can help translate findings into procedures, officer assignments, supervision, training priorities, and ongoing security plans.
